How do I write my first email?

Writing your first email is easy:

  1. Open the AI Email Writer app
  2. Tap the "New Email" button
  3. Select your email type (cold outreach, follow-up, reply, etc.)
  4. Enter the recipient details and key points you want to cover
  5. Choose your preferred tone and tap "Generate Email"

What types of emails can I write?

AI Email Writer supports a wide variety of email types including cold outreach, sales pitches, follow-ups, meeting requests, apologies, thank-you notes, job applications, newsletters, customer support responses, and more. You can also write fully custom emails from scratch.

Can I edit the generated emails?

Yes! All generated emails can be edited after creation. Tap on any part of the email to make changes, add personal details, or refine the AI-generated text before sending.

How do I save and reuse emails?

Emails are automatically saved to your history. You can access all your saved emails from the "My Emails" section in the app. Emails can be copied, shared, or used as templates for future messages.

Troubleshooting

The app is not generating emails

If email generation isn't working, try these solutions:

  • Check your internet connection - AI generation requires an active connection
  • Restart the app completely
  • Make sure you're running the latest version of the app
  • Try generating a shorter email first
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team

App crashes or freezes

To resolve crashes or freezing:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Restart your device
  • Check for app updates in the Google Play Store
  • Ensure your Android is up to date
  • Clear the app cache from Settings
  • If problems continue, try reinstalling the app

Emails not saving

If your emails aren't being saved:

  • Check if you have sufficient storage space on your device
  • Ensure the app has permission to access storage
  • Try manually saving the email using the save button
  • Restart the app and check if previous emails appear

In-app purchases not working

For purchase issues:

  • Verify your payment method is valid in your Google Play account settings
  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart the app and try again
  • Restore purchases from the app settings
  • Contact Google Play Support if payment was charged but feature didn't unlock

Account & Settings

Do I need an account?

No account is required to use AI Email Writer. However, creating an optional account allows you to sync your email history across multiple devices and access saved templates anywhere.

How do I restore my purchases?

To restore previous purchases, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account you used to make the original purchase.

How do I delete my data?

To delete all your emails and app data, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete All Data. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to export any emails you want to keep first.

Pricing & Subscriptions

Is the app free?

Yes! AI Email Writer is free to download and use with basic features. Premium features like unlimited email generation, advanced tones, and exclusive templates are available through in-app purchases or subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" then "Subscriptions"
  4. Select AI Email Writer
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play. To request a refund, open the Google Play Store, go to "Payments & subscriptions" > "Order history", find the purchase and tap "Request a refund". Google will review and respond to your request.
